Cancellation Policy
This time and space is yours. With that in mind, a missed visit or late cancellation is not able to be filled. Please keep this in mind and provide us with 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations in your booking. Patients who provide less than 24 hours time, will be charged a fee for this appointment.
Parking
Free parking is provided on the street.
COVID-19 Policy
We are keeping up to date with the guidelines and recommendations advised by the BC Provincial Health Officer, WSBC, CMTBC, BC Centre for Disease Control and regulatory bodies. A self checklist will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your appointment and will follow up with you if it has not been completed.
You must call us to cancel your appointment, at no charge, if you are experiencing ANY flu or cold-like symptoms. Additionally, if you have been in contact with, or live with someone who has been experiencing these symptoms, please cancel your appointment.
Clinic space and common areas will be cleaned consistently throughout the day. Hand sanitizer will be provided. We ask that masks are brought with you to each appointment. If you forget, one will be provided.
Please come on time for your appointment. The clinic space will only be open to you for the 5 minutes prior to start time.
